Padro is an elderly Chihuahua who weighs 12 lbs. He is neutered, up-to-date on shots and kennel trained. He gets around easily and does fine with other dogs and children. He is hard of hearing and has vision issues, so you have to make sure he is fully awake/aware you are there before picking him up or trying to pet him. Otherwise, he may get startled and growl at you. He is very independent and doesn't require all of your attention like some small dogs.
